Ingredienser
- 2 st bananer
- 125 g smör911 kcal, 102,5 g fett, 0,6 g kolhydrater
- 2 msk sirap
- 1 dl cocos
- 3 dl havregryn1125 kcal, 20,9 g fett, 192,3 g kolhydrater
- 2 st ägg
- 0,5 dl socker222 kcal, 6,0 g fett, 38,0 g kolhydrater
- 1 dl mjöl352 kcal, 6,0 g fett, 55,2 g kolhydrater
- 1 tsk bakpulver
- 1 msk vaniljsocker
Så här gör du
- Smält smör tillsammans med sirap.
- Vispa ägg och socker pösigt i en bunke.
- Blanda ner havregryn, cocos, mjöl, bakpulver, vaniljsocker.
- Mosa bananer och blanda i.
- Blanda i det smälta smöret.
- Klicka smeten i bakformar.
- Grädda i mitten av ugnen i 10-15 minuter i 200°.
